Another day, another anti-Trump hoax unravels.
Khizr Khan, the Muslim Gold Star dad who criticized President Trump for defending the nation against Islamic terrorism, has provided no evidence to support his claim that his “travel privileges are being reviewed” by the U.S. government.
Khan abruptly canceled a speech in Canada on Monday, claiming he was unable to travel outside the United States because the government won’t let him.
Khan timed the announcement so it came out on the same day that Trump rolled out a new temporary travel ban. What a cowinky-dink!
Khan’s story immediately drew suspicion because he is an American citizen, and there is no travel restriction between the United States and Canada.
The Canadian foreign ministry issued a statement denying that Khan’s travel privileges to Canada were under review. “We are unaware of any restrictions regarding this traveler,” a rep for Canada’s immigration minister Ahmed Hussen said.

Even the leftist Washington Post said it looks like there’s NO truth to Khan’s claim. Khan has refused to comment on the story, even though he actively courts media attention and never shies away from an opportunity to slam Trump.
The apparent hoax all started after CTV producer Rosa Hwang tweeted that Khan was forced to cancel his speech. Hwang cited a statement from Ramsay Talks, the group that was paying Con/Khan to speak at their event.

Bob Ramsay, the founder of Ramsay Talks, said Khizr Khan told him that U.S. authorities said they were reviewing his travel privileges.
“I don’t know exactly who conducted the review, but in speaking with Mr. Khan, it was certainly U.S. authorities,” Ramsay said.
From all angles, Khizr Khan’s story has totally fallen apart. Since President Trump took office, there has been an alarming rise in fake hate crime reports designed to push the narrative that Trump is racist.
Mainstream media bleats the bogus “hate crimes” around the clock, but barely follow up when they later turn out to be hoaxes.
In December, Muslim Yasmin Seweid was arrested for filing a false police report claiming she had been attacked by Trump supporters. Last week, a black muslim reporter was arrested for making bomb threats to Jewish community centers and blaming them on a white ex-girlfriend.

This week, Senator Chuck Shumer pushed a fake news story that a Jewish cemetery in New York had been vandalized. Mainstream media immediately tried to pin the bogus anti-semitic crime on Trump supporters.
It later turned out that the tombstones fell over on their own because of age-related decay — not vandalism. Schumer has still not apologized for bleating the fake news.
