Chelsea Clinton appears to be following “the Clinton strategy” of saying as little as possible and avoiding unforced errors.
…prompting thoughts that she is mulling a run for high office.
At least, that’s the idea being put forth by New York Post editor Maureen Callahan.

The trouble is, some suggest the country has lost its appetite for the Clintons.
Amid an upcoming book tour and a suddenly elevated online persona and even participating in a Times Square march for Muslim solidarity with her 2-year-old daughter, Chelsea may be planning to pick up the baton dropped by her mother, Hillary Clinton.
In addition to proudly tweeting about her involvement in last week’s march, Chelsea also trolled President Donald Trump while advocating for the use of taxpayer money to fund the arts and public television.
“The super-aggressive tweets are a way to create a constituency around her,” veteran political consultant Hank Sheinkopf told Callahan. “Particularly in New York, where people don’t like Donald Trump.”
As noted by Callahan, Chelsea carries the same baggage her parents do and inherited her mother’s “greatest flaw — an inability to connect with common people.”
And her problems are not restricted to Republicans.
The Washington Times reported on a virulent “Never Chelsea” state of mind at a DNC forum in Baltimore last week.
“Chelsea needs to go away,” Guinevere Boyd told The Times. “She has nothing to offer. She has said some horrible, clueless things about progressives and progressive issues.”
“The country does not have any more appetite for the Clintons,” Mike Bender insisted. “Enough is enough.”
