While the left comes visibly unglued over Donald Trump’s refugee ban, the silent majority is nodding in agreement.
The newest Rasmussen Reports poll on the issue of whether or not the U.S. should accept refugees from volatile, America-hating Middle Eastern and African countries was taken several days before unhinged leftists protested airports across the country in response to the actual executive order, but if the results are to be believed it would seem the majority of America is solidly behind Donald Trump.

The national and online survey, taken January 25-26 2017, found that 57 percent of likely U.S. voters are in favor of banning refugees from Iran, Iraq, Syria, Somalia, Libya, Sudan and Yemen until screening for terrorists is vastly improved. Only 33 percent oppose the idea, and 10 percent aren’t sure.

Additionally, 56 percent favor a temporary visa block of residents of those countries.
The last polling on the issue, which took place in August, found 59 percent of voters agreeing with Trump on the issue.
Not surprisingly, party lines are sharply skewed, with 82 percent of Republicans and 59 percent of Independents favoring the ban and only 34 percent of Democrats.
Rasmussen Reports surveyed 1,000 likely voters, with a sampling error of +/- 3 percentage points and a 95% level of confidence.
