Liberal media hack Chuck Todd is at it again.
Todd, a vocal opponent of Donald Trump who shilled for Hillary Clinton, chopped off 90% of an interview he did with incoming White House counselor Kellyanne Conway on “Meet the Press.”
Conway had filmed a 10-minute interview to explain why Russia did not succeed in interfering with the election. Todd used just 1 minute of that interview on his show, where Conway said (among other things):
They did not succeed in throwing the election to Donald Trump. That’s very clear in this report. Read The New York Times outtakes. Read The Washington Post. Read the report itself.
There is no evidence that Russia succeeded in any alleged attempt to disrupt our democracy or in fact to influence the election results.
After the 1-minute soundbite aired, President-elect Trump lashed out at Todd for his “dishonest” editing.
CNN’s Brian Stelter (another Clinton shill) claimed an anonymous NBC source told him the Trump Team was aware ahead of time that “Meet the Press” had only intended to use a sound bite from Conway’s extensive interview.
NBC source says Team Trump knew (on Friday) that the show was only planning to run a sound bite from @KellyannePolls, not full interview https://t.co/8xFulaizfC

Conway tweeted that this was a lie, saying she doesn’t do 10-minute interviews so the media can selectively choose one soundbite to run to push their narrative.
Conway’s assertion rings true: The mom of 4 has an extremely hectic schedule, and whenever she appears on TV, her interviews are long and detailed. She’s a highly sought-after interview, so if she sits down to talk to a media outlet, she’s never used for just a single soundbite.
False. We're not in the business of furnishing 10-minute Sunday show interviews so media can choose which "soundbite" to run. Our POV cut… https://t.co/3a4Fu8ID2s

Not surprisingly, Chuck Todd and “Meet the Press” edited out the part where Kellyanne Conway slammed the dishonest media for trying to influence the election in Hillary Clinton’s favor.
“Many in the mainstream media also tried to influence our election reports for Hillary Clinton. They too failed,” Conway said in the original interview (see below).
“Even outlets that are more in favor of Hillary Clinton and really were pushing for her election, particularly print outlets, are admitting … that they aspired and they attempted [to influence the election in Clinton’s favor].”
Meanwhile, all media outlets have admitted that alleged Russian interference with the election did not affect actual vote outcomes in any way.
They’re merely complaining that the leaked emails from the Clinton camp may have opened voters’ eyes to how dishonest and two-faced she really is.
“The election results were fair and square,” Conway said. “Donald Trump is the president. It wasn’t a squeaker. He got 36 more electoral votes than he needed originally. He won 31 of 50 states, 2,600 counties. He flipped 200 Obama counties, they’re now Trump counties. The list goes on and on.”
