Comedian DL Hughley’s racial ‘joke’ about Debbie Reynold’s death crosses the line for just about everyone

D.L. Hughley thinks race-baiting is hilarious, especially when you combine it with joking about someone’s death.

The comedian/actor was viciously slammed on Twitter after making a racial joke about legendary actress Debbie Reynolds, who died just one day after the tragic death of her daughter, Carrie Fisher.

Hughley suggested that Reynolds died because she was not resilient enough, and that white mothers could learn a thing or two about handling death from black moms. (DL obviously does not know military moms, who bury their fallen sons with dignity and quiet strength.)

“Debbie Reynolds died a day after her daughter did,” Hughley tweeted. “Black Mama’s don’t die cuz they kids do! They cry and say God don’t make no mistakes!”

Hughley was immediately blasted on Twitter from all sides, slamming his lack of sensitivity.

Even African-Americans were disgusted by Hughley’s race-baiting.

Some African-Americans were furious that Hughley implied that black moms are callous when their children die because they’re less caring.

Others were confused about whether DL Hughley’s tweet was more offensive to white women, black women, the Reynolds/Fisher family, or to all moms.

Either way, the consensus was that his “joke” was not funny. At all.

But Hughley stands by his tasteless tweet.

When one woman remarked, “As a human being you could have more compassion,” Hughley replied: “Nah!! As a comedian I should say what I see.”

DL Hughley joins a growing chorus of idiotic Hollywood celebrities politicizing the deaths of Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds.

Earlier this week, bloated leftist buffoon Alec Baldwin took a swipe at Donald Trump while paying tribute to Carrie Fisher.

Similarly, Charlie Sheen prayed for Trump’s death while reflecting on the Fisher/Reynolds passings. The payback was immediate for Sheen, who got brutally lambasted on Twitter.

All this just proves over and over again the adage that “money can’t buy you class.”
