The United Nations has devolved into a “sad” social club, but that’s going to change.
That’s what President Donald Trump said on Twitter when he slammed the U.N. for passing a resolution condemning Israeli settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.

Trump said it’s “so sad” the United Nations has wasted its “great potential” by devolving into a club where all people do is sit around and talk instead of actually getting things done.
Trump also warned the United Nations that there’s a new sheriff in town, tweeting: “As to the UN, things will be different after Jan. 20th.”
The United Nations has such great potential but right now it is just a club for people to get together, talk and have a good time. So sad!

Trump joins a growing list of people getting fed up with the United Nations. Senator Ted Cruz called on Congress to cut off money to the UN until it reverses its anti-Israel resolution.
Each year, the United States gives about $8 billion to the U.N. — the most of any country in the world. Some countries pay next to nothing. (makes you wonder why is it called the UNITED Nations.)
President Trump agreed the latest U.N. resolution should be vetoed.

Separately, Trump called out the media for not reporting that 100% of the money raised by his charitable foundation goes to charity.
“I gave millions of dollars to DJT Foundation, raised or received millions more, ALL of which is given to charity, and media won’t report!” Trump tweeted.
The billionaire made the remarks after announcing he will dissolve the Trump Foundation amid mainstream media outcry over potential conflicts of interest.

The DJT Foundation, unlike most foundations, never paid fees, rent, salaries or any expenses. 100% of money goes to wonderful charities!

Meanwhile, 96% of the “charitable donations” from the Clinton Foundation were spent on travel, rent, salaries and other fees, and only 4% went to charity, according to its own tax returns.
All the while, mainstream media have glowingly praised the Clinton Foundation for its “charity” work and continues to defend it while trashing Trump’s charities.
