Actor Scott Baio filed a police report accusing the wife of the Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer of physically attacking him because of Donald Trump, TMZ reported.

Baio, who publicly endorsed Trump and spoke at the Republican National Convention, told law enforcement that Nancy Mack confronted him at an event with their elementary school kids in Thousand Oaks, Ca. on Saturday.

Mack, who is married to drummer Chad Smith, is a vocal critic of the president-elect and reportedly berated Baio for his support of Trump.

The actor told police that although he asked Mack to quiet down since children were present, she continued to confront him, loudly asking how he could support a man who said “Grab ’em by the p****”.
Baio claimed Mack repeatedly screamed, “Grab ’em by the p****” before she grabbed him under his arms, shaking and pushing him, TMZ reported.

Sources close to Mack said she did not attack the actor but was merely demonstrating how Trump hugs women.
Mack is listed as a battery suspect and the Ventura County Sheriff’s Dept. is investigating the incident, according to TMZ.
