Although November 8thās votes have been counted and Donald Trump declared the president-elect, there are still plenty of Clinton supporters calling for a Mulligan — and are taking steps to see that it happens.
In the wee hours of the morning of the 9th, The Associated Press reported that the Republican nominee exceeded the 270 electoral votes he needed to become America’s 45th president.
But that count wonāt become official until the electors meet on December 19. Until that date, itās constitutionally possible — although unlikely — that the electors could change their votes.
Unlikely or not, the sore losers on the left are pulling out all the stops for that to happen, including the initiation of a petition drive and publishing the personal contact information of the electors in those states that voted Republican.
The #NotMyPresident movement spokesman, Jon Gedney, claimed that although his group is publishing this information on the electors, it ārejected all acts of aggression and violence,ā and that it only released information that was readily available, according to BuzzFeed News.
āThe point was to collect as a tool for peaceful action,ā Gedney said. āThe whole thing is weāre fighting against someone whoās contentious and hateful. No one in our group is going to use it for nefarious purposes.ā
Of course not. BuzzFeed reported:
A spreadsheet distributed to supporters Wednesday included the personal phone numbers, addresses, religions, races, genders, and candidate preference of the electors. The document does not have a complete set of data on every elector.
The group hopes that its members and citizens around the country will contact electors and persuade them to change their vote from Donald Trump to another candidate before Dec. 19, when electors cast their votes. The group does not advocate for Hillary Clinton or any other specific candidate, rather asking protesters to encourage electors from each state to a consensus that isnāt Trump.
In addition to taking this direct action, a Change.org petition was started that has attracted nearly 4.4 million signatures, also calling on the electoral college to make Clinton president.
āThere is no reason Trump should be Presidentā the petition says, because āshe won the popular vote.ā
What they fail to understand is that on a state-by-state basis, Clinton lost the popular vote.
On the night of the election far-left columnist and CNN contributor Sally Kohn made a prediction.
My sense is that if Trump wins, Hillary supporters will be sad.
If Hillary wins, Trump supporters will be angry.

It looks as though she had that one backwards. Not only did Clinton supporters riot in the streets for days following the election, they also live in denial of the electionās results.
