Sen. Marco Rubio had enough of his Democratic opponent’s jabs and fired back at him for posting a photo in which he appears to be groping a woman’s breast.
Rubio’s challenger for the Florida Senate seat, Rep. Patrick Murphy, pushed Rubio one time too many during a debate on Monday as he tried to link him to Donald Trump’s controversial struggles with women voters.
“And Congressman, this is like the third time tonight that you’ve implied that I don’t somehow respect women, or that somehow I’m someone who condones the outrageous behavior that the nominee of my party or others may have conducted against women,” Rubio fired back. “Congressman, you’re the one that posted a picture four years ago on Facebook of you groping a woman. That’s inappropriate behavior.”
That photo was posted on Twitter after the debate by Politico writer Marc Caputo.

In the photo, Murphy is seen with one arm around an unidentified woman and the other hand seeming to be on her breast.
A Quinnipiac poll Tuesday shows a close race for the the Florida Senate as Rubio leads Murphy by two points.
