Watch ‘Bernie’ compare Hillary to prune juice in SNL Family Feud Political Edition – ‘clogged with crap’

Comedian Larry David reprised his role as a pitch and picture-perfect Sen. Bernie Sanders on Saturday Night Live, with its own version of “Family Feud — Political Edition.”

While SNL’s cold open mocked both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump by in its version of the first presidential debate, this skit brought on other figures associated with the two campaigns.

SNL cast member played “Family Feud” host Steve Harvey.

Representing the Republican nominee’s team were daughter Ivanka Trump, campaign manager KellyAnne Conway, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, and (oddly enough) Russian President Vladimir Putin.

On Clinton’s team were husband and former President Bill Clinton, stand-up comic and supporter Sarah Kate Silverman, actor / rapper Lin-Manuel Miranda, and of course David as Sanders who had the best line of the skit.

“Senator Clinton is like the prune juice of this election,” he said. “She might not seem very appetizing, but if you don’t take her now, you’re gonna be clogged with crap for a very long time!”.
