Republican nominee Donald Trump gets a lot of flak for questioning President Barack Obama’s birthplace, but Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton supported the idea all the way back in 2008.
Trump refuses to tell the press that he believes that Obama was born in the United States, despite the fact that campaign spokesperson Jason Miller told CNN, “Having successfully obtained President Obama’s birth certificate when others could not, Mr. Trump believes that President Obama was born in the United States.”
News outlets continue to push Trump and his surrogates to say on camera that Trump no longer believes Obama was not born in Hawaii in 1961.
