October surprise? How about a September surprise.
A federal judge ordered the Department of State to turn over all emails between former Secretary Hillary Clinton and the White House during the week of the terrorist attack on the U.S. diplomatic post in Benghazi, Libya.
And he gave the State Department until September 13 to do it — two days after the fourth anniversary of the Benghazi attack, which took four American lives.

This order comes on the heels of the FBI turning over to the State Department a disk containing nearly 15,000 recovered work-related emails to and from Clinton that she had failed to give to the the department upon her departure, according to Reuters.
The order, issued late Thursday by Judge William Dimitrouleas of the U.S. District Court in southern Florida, was in response to a motion filed by the conservative government watchdog group Judicial Watch.
The group is suing the State Department for production of Clinton’s emails under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
Judicial Watch, which has doggedly pursued Clinton on the use of her private email server, reported:

@JudicialWatch That, & the pending Wikileaks release, will have Hillary & co scrambling like crazy. So much damage control, so little time.

The issue of Clinton’s use of a private email server to conduct official business has dogged the former secretary of state since the beginning of her campaign and has called into question her honesty and trustworthiness.
