Hillary Clinton has more reason to dread not becoming the next president of the United States.
Republican rival Donald Trump has called for an “immediate investigation” into “pay-to-play” Clinton Foundation maneuvers and growing email scandal and vowed to appoint a special prosecutor to take on the task if he is elected president.
Trump said he’s become increasingly “shocked by the vast scope of Hillary Clinton’s criminality,” and called the latest scandal “racketeering.”
“The amounts involved, the favors done, the significant amount of time, require an expedited investigation by a special prosecutor immediately, immediately,” he said.
“The Clintons’ made the State Department into the same kind of pay-to-play operations as the Arkansas government was: pay the Clinton Foundation huge sums of money and throw in some big speaking fees for Bill Clinton and you got to play with the State Department,” Trump said at a campaign rally Monday night in Akron, Ohio, Fox News reported.
Trump also addressed the FBI and Justice Department’s handling of the Clinton email scandal, saying neither agency could be trusted in delivering “impartial” justice.
