Hillary throws Obama under the bus with a point Conservatives have been making all along

In her quest for the White House, and with polls showing Donald Trump closer than Democrats would like, Hillary Clinton is desperate enough to throw Barack Obama’s economic “recovery” under the bus.

Team Clinton recently took to Twitter to warn the current unemployment rates are very bad for “young people of color.”

That the economy has been bad for African-Americans is a fact, sure enough.

But, gee, who do you think has been president for nearly eight years, now? Why, isn’t it Barack Obama? You bet, and now we see Hillary is perfectly willing to say he has failed and only she can fix things.

Even as Obama continues to tout his failed economy, it is a fact that black Americans in particular have been hardest hit by his policies.

As Larry Elder recently wrote, “By every key economic measurement, blacks are worse off under Obama. In some cases, far worse off.”

Looking at the data, Elder found that when Obama took office the poverty rate for blacks was 25.8 percent. By 2014, it stood at a higher 27.2 percent. And that was just the beginning. Elder also reported that blacks had lower net worth per family and lower incomes, among other dismal statistics.

Still, as Hillary throws Obama’s economy in the trash heap, folks on Twitter thought it was amusing she was saying things are so bad under Obama.
