Six Cuban refugees, including one pregnant woman, were kissing ground after they bypassed the Coast Guard and reached U.S. shores.
Upon their arrival, the group was greeted by Americans who showered them with food and gifts including one that didn’t seem appreciated.
A white “Make America Great Again” hat can be seen on one of the five men who were in the boat ironically named after President Obama.

As Twitchy noted, later pictures of the migrants showed the man wearing the Trump hat turned inside out.

Without much information on the migrants, it’s hard to know why the hat was turned inside-out, but the name of the makeshift boat may help dispel some mystery.

It is expected that migrants will be able to stay, according to the “wet foot, dry foot” policy.
