Five women entered a Miami Lakes Victoria’s Secret store and began picking up large quantities of merchandise. When one of the women began heading toward the store’s entrance, a sales employee approached her asked if she could hold the items for her.

Rather than answering, the woman shoved the sales associate and pulled her hair. Then the other four women began beating the employee, according to WSVN Channel 7 News.

That elevated the incident from a shoplifting to a strong-arm robbery.

After the women left the store with their stolen merchandise, one returned to punch the saleswoman again.

Although the images captured from the surveillance footage is blurry, the sales associate caught three of the woman on her mobile phone’s camera — and those images are clear as day and may be the shoplifters’ undoing.

“The surveillance camera is not as helpful as those pictures right there from bystanders,” Miami Lakes resident Carlos Crespo told the station.

Anyone who recognizes one or more of the women are urged to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
