He’s got another bill denomination in mind, and yes, it’s a real one…

Former Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson joined Neil Cavuto on FOX Business Network to discuss the announcement that abolitionist Harriet Tubman will be replacing Andrew Jackson on the front of the $20 bill.

“Well I think Andrew Jackson was a tremendous secretary — I mean a tremendous president,” Carson said.

“Andrew Jackson was the last president who actually balanced the federal budget, where we had no national debt.”

“In honor of that we kick him off of the money,” Carson said.

Carson assured Cavuto that he was not anti-Harriet Tubman, but thought, perhaps, there might be a better spot for her.

“I love Harriet Tubman. I love what she did, but we can find another way to honor her. Maybe a $2 bill,” Carson said.

Tubman is most celebrated for using the Underground Railroad to help free hundreds of slaves from slavery.

The change to the $20 bill comes during a tumultuous and precarious moment in history and some Americans have been weary of the decision, suspecting it’s another attempt to re-write history, while others welcome it.

As for reaction to Carson’s comment? That seemed mostly to range from bewilderment to anger:
