A Donald Trump fan had CNN viewers’ jaws dropping with a unique way of showing support for his favorite presidential candidate.
Auto dealership mogul Ernie Boch Jr., was on “New Day” Thursday when he equated Trump to being the best girl in the bar to take home at last call.
Boch started by praising Trump for his business acumen and said whatever negatives he may have are outweighed by the positives. Then, things got interesting.
“It’s 2:00 in the morning and there’s a few girls at the bar, you have to go home with one of ’em. So you have to pick who you’re with, and I think Mr. Trump is the best qualified,” Boch said.
CNN’s Chris Cuomo couldn’t believe his ears and asked him to reiterate. Because surely Boch had misspoke. Right?
Wrong.
“You’re misunderstanding,” Boch said. “If you’re single, you understand this. It’s the end of the night, you want to go home with somebody. The bar’s about to close. You have to pick somebody. You have to pick somebody.”
Boch said that it’s everybody’s obligation to vote.
“You have to stand behind somebody. If you line up all of the candidates with their positives and negatives, I think Mr. Trump is the man.”
An interesting take indeed.
