Sen. Ted Cruz just released a new campaign ad aimed squarely at Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump and his “New York values.”
The billionaire real estate developer has been going after fellow candidate Cruz pretty hard lately, even to the point of calling the Texan a “nasty guy” who “tells lies” and is “worse than Hillary.”
Cruz has taken to heart former President Ronald Reagan’s “11th Commandment” — “thou shalt not speak ill of a fellow Republican” — and has refused to criticize Trump in the past.
Now, the gloves are off.
