In Obama’s world, it’s easier – and cheaper – for kids to get guns than it is to get a book.
This nugget came from the President’s appearance on CNN’s “Guns in America” town hall on Thursday, in which he, not surprisingly, pushed his anti-gun agenda while throwing facts to the wind.
“There are neighborhoods around the country where it is easier for a 12- or 13-year-old to purchase a gun, and cheaper than it is for them to get a book,” Obama said.
Reaction on social media was swift and direct.
Obama just said guns are cheaper and more available than books. That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.

Obama just said there are neighborhoods in America where it is easier to buy a gun than a book. That is a preposterous lie.

If you’re genuinely stupid enough to believe guns are cheaper and easier to buy than books, trade me a gun for any bestseller on Amazon.
