‘Outnumbered’: Fox News announces new show featuring four savvy women and one man

Fox News will debut on April 28 a new show called “Outnumbered” for its one-hour time slot beginning at noon Eastern each weekday.

The show will be hosted by four female panelists and one male, all of whom will rotate, and “ will tackle top new headlines from all angles and perspectives,” wrote Fox News.

“Outnumbered combines a distinctive group of FOX talent with unique experiences and insights that will make for compelling news programming,” said Senior Vice President of News Jay Wallace. “We look forward to once again pushing the envelope with the addition of this new show and are confident the revised line-up will only strengthen the FNC brand.”

Four of the females are already Fox talent: FOX Report Weekend anchor Harris Faulkner, FOX Business Network’s Sandra Smith and co-hosts of “The Five,” Kimberly Guilfoyle and Andrea Tantaros. The show will also include Fox contributors columnist Jedediah Bila, Townhall’s Katie Pavlich and The Daily Beast’s Kirsten Powers.

According to Fox News:

Outnumbered’s engaging dynamic, guided by four savvy women and one man, is designed to provide viewers with a fresh take on the latest news. During each segment, the panelists will examine the top news of the hour, and deliberate the leading pop culture and relationship issues dominating the headlines that day.

“Outnumbered” will split up “Happening Now,” anchored by Jon Scott and Jenna Lee, into two one-hour segments, from 11am to noon, and 1pm to 2 pm Eastern.
