Rep. Jasmine Crockett came to the defense of Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, predictably pulling race as an issue.
The Texas Democrat ranted in a social media post about how the Biden-appointed justice “continues to flex her brilliance” even as fellow liberal justices have called her out for essentially misunderstanding or misapplying longstanding legal precedent.
“The meltdown over Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson is truly something EVERYONE needs to pay attention to,” Crockett wrote in a post on Wednesday.
“You see, as the first & only black woman to ever serve on the court, she had to be 10 times better than most… She continues to flex her brilliance in oral arguments & many dissents,” the Democrat continued.

Crockett continued her cheerleading for the justice as she again pointed out her race while arguing Jackson “Definitely Earned It,” which seemed to cast a spotlight on the DEI criticisms.
“Please note that by the time a black woman ascends to a powerful position, she Definitely Earned It… if you have any questions… let’s talk about Senator, now Secretary Mullin… or please pull the resumes of some of the other justices before entering this chat… actually just don’t, it’s not a debate, these are FACTS (alternative facts = LIES),” she concluded, ripping into former Oklahoma Sen. Markwayne Mullin, who was sworn in as the United States Secretary of Homeland Security.
Social media users quickly threw cold water on Crockett’s fiery defense of Jackson.
Today performance was not brilliance. And it has nothing to do with the color of her skin, but rather with her understanding of the law. The Japan example of allegiance was a complete nonsense. You do not have to have a law degree to know that.

This has nothing to do with race or gender. It has everything to do with the fact Joe Biden appointed her STRICTLY because of her race and gender. She showed today exactly why DEI does not work. She made a complete fool of herself. Kind of like you do everyday.

Jackson was the lone dissent in the Supreme Court’s 8-1 decision this week on Colorado’s ban on “conversion therapy” for minors. Fellow liberal Justice Elena Kagan was joined by Justice Sonia Sotomayor in a footnote that called out Jackson.
“Justice Jackson’s dissenting opinion claims that this is a small, or even nonexistent, category,” she wrote. “But even her own opinion, when listing laws supposedly put at risk today, offers quite a few examples.”
Gotta love this blue-on-blue court action. Kagan and Sotomayor have to be really pissed at Biden for not appointing a better justice, other than Sotomayor’s gratitude at no longer being the dumbest justice on the high bench. https://t.co/43tzLcIcqC

Among other criticisms of Jackson, Crockett’s post defending her drew a wave of reactions on X.
Her skin color has nothing to do with how stupid she is.

The fact that you (and people like you), immediately take any negative feedback as a racial attack, is the entire problem.
Nobody cares about the color of KBJ’s skin. They care that she’s a complete moron who was handed the keys to the Nation. She doesn’t “flex her brilliance,”…

No one gives a shit about her race if race was a problem we wouldn’t like Clarence Thomas. We don’t like people who are too stupid to be able to define what a woman is.

Ketanji Brown is without question the least qualified and most incompetent justice ever appointed.
She should do herself a favor and refrain from issuing any written opinions for the next 30 years.

Joe Biden said he would appoint a black woman to SCOTUS and he did. She is terrible at her job. Clearly a DEI hire. And irrefutably the dumbest person to ever be a supreme court justice.
You see brilliance because you’re just as dumb as she is.
Sorry, that’s just the truth.

She’s a moron DEI hire.
