The streamers are out of control, y’all.
An attention-seeking social media personality who goes by “Clavicular,” real name Braden Eric Peters, sparked massive outrage when he and his crew shared a video of themselves shooting at an alligator in the Florida Everglades.
There are mixed reports on whether or not the alligator was dead at the time of the alleged shooting:

As X’s community notes state, Peters and his team could be facing a felony.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Service did indeed announce Thursday night that they were aware of the situation and investigating.
Peters was arrested around the same time as the alligator incident, but that was in connection with a prior warrant for an assault misdemeanor charge involving his girlfriend and another influencer.
Many social media users mistakenly assumed the alleged battery arrest was for shooting the gator.

That was reportedly his second arrest in six weeks, and X users sounded off in eager anticipation of his third:
Every time this Clavicular kid has been on my TL it’s complete non consensual. No idea who he is but I hope the next time he’s on my TL it’s because he got arrested for this.

I hope they get arrested.

This may look fun, but this is 100% not a legal way to take an alligator in Florida, and they are going to receive a visit from FWC.

Look how he sat down after, he feels bad and shame, and he should, that’s not hunting or even population control. A real shooter or hunter would kill in 1-2 shots, maybe 3 if needed. What a coward.

There’s a massive disparity between ethical hunting and culling vs allegedly killing for clicks.
Shooting alligators out of season or without a valid harvest permit in Florida violates F.S. 379.409. It’s a Level Four violation—a 3rd-degree felony: up to 5 years prison, $5,000 fine, equipment (guns/boats/etc.) confiscated, and possible license suspension.
Legal hunting…

That tells all you need to know about the person.. that was for fun.. it was not hunting or harvesting for benefit. it was murder. I have no problem with ethical hunt and harvest but killing for kicks is the lowest form of a human being.

How bout we just arrest all streamers and pranksters? They are the most insufferable bottom feeding people.

Thus far, it doesn’t appear that arrests have much of an effect on Peters, unfortunately.
