F-bomb flinging Dem vows consequences if military goes after seditious senator

Sen. Ruben Gallego (D-AZ) vowed that “there will be consequences” after the Pentagon announced an investigation into his seditious colleague for appearing in a shocking video urging military members to disobey orders.

In a Monday statement, the Pentagon announced that it would probe Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) under the Uniform Code of Military Justice and that the retired Navy captain and “seditious six” member could face being recalled to active duty to face court-martial.

The volatile Gallego first reacted to the announcement in a profanity laden video posted to social media but toned it down long enough to appear on CNN’s “The Arena” where he issued his ominous threat of retribution once President Donald J. Trump leaves office.

Anchor Kasie Hunt asked the senator about his “level of trust in the U.S. military justice system, if it were to get that far, to handle this?”

Gallego responded that he trusted them “a lot” and that they “know there will be fallout and consequences” if they “railroad” Kelly.

“Donald Trump is gonna be gone in a couple of years,” he said. “And if you’re part of the military that is going after sitting senators, sitting members of Congress, and part of you know, the weaponization of government, there will be consequences, without a doubt.”

“So, you know, I think there’s gonna be a lot of officers that are gonna be part of this, you know, potential tribunal, if they want to call it that, that are gonna be looking over their shoulders,” Gallego continued. “Because they know that Donald Trump will be gone and they will not have that protection, they’re gonna have to do the safest thing possible, which is follow the Constitution of the United States, and you’ll be fine.”

“F**k you and your investigation,” Gallego wrote in a Monday post to X.

Secretary of War Pete Hegesth explained that Kelly is the only one of the six Democratic veterans in the explosive video who still falls under Pentagon jurisdiction and is subject to the UCMJ.

“As was announced, the Department is reviewing his statements and actions, which were addressed directly to all troops while explicitly using his rank and service affiliation—lending the appearance of authority to his words. Kelly’s conduct brings discredit upon the armed forces and will be addressed appropriately,” he wrote.

The f-bomb flinging Democrat went off on the Pentagon chief in his expletive-filled video rant.

“This is f**king insane. We should all just point out how f**king insane this is. Hey, this is Ruben Gallego,” the uncouth senator said as he sat inside a vehicle. “I’m traveling through Arizona right now, and I just received the news that the Department of Defense is starting an investigation against my seatmate, Mark Kelly.”

“This is f**king insane,” he continued. “We should just all point out how f**king insane this is. And, you know, these guys are trying to say that they’re not acting like fascists, that they are not trying to give as much power to this president as a king, and they should stop acting like it. Mark Kelly is a patriot.”

“There’s no reason why they’re going after him. He was doing his duty and just reminding people about their rights as service members and Secretary Hegseth, all these guys—f**k you guys,” he fumed.

In another post to X, Gallego invoked the magical Democrat word in response to Trump’s branding of Kelly and company as traitors.

“Epstein, Epstein, Epstein,” he wrote.

A former Marine, at least Gallego had the good sense not to appear in the video along with Kelly and his “seditious six” cohorts.
