Joy Reid fears, ‘they want to take us back to no income tax, no regulations, earn what you want, family inherits everything’

Joy Reid is ringing the alarm bell on the world “they” want to take “us” back to, but a lot of people are having a hard time seeing a downside.

Leftists are always accusing conservatives of wanting to go “back in time” to a different era, as if nothing good has ever happened before progressives started driving America “forward” with their agenda. Usually, they bring up dark parts of United States history, such as slavery, internment camps, and the like.

But Reid took a decidedly different approach and made the past sound really “amazing.”

“If you go back before the 20th Century, there were no income taxes, there were no regulations on business, you could earn as much money as you want, leave 100% of it to your children with no taxes. That’s the world they want back, and to get it back, they need society to change. They need people to be less modern. They need people to want fewer things,” Reid explained.

Well, slap that on a pamphlet and pass it around, because that doesn’t sound nearly as bad as she thinks it does:
