‘I know Gavin very well’: Trump calls Gov. Newsom ‘an incompetent guy with a good line of bullsh*t’

President Donald Trump did not mince words when talking about Gavin Newsom, and the California governor did not take kindly to the remarks.

While taking questions from reporters in the White House, Trump ripped into “incompetent” Newsom, who “doesn’t get the job done.”

“I know Gavin very well. He’s an incompetent guy with a good line of bulls**t, and he doesn’t get the job done,” the president said.

Newsom retweeted this video, adding a Trump-like caption of his own, a tactic that he has recently adopted as a way of mocking the president and his iconic way of speaking.

“Such low energy. SAD!” Newsom wrote.

This comes after Newsom has vowed to take action in his state to redraw congressional boundaries to help the Democratic Party in response to Trump’s urging Texas to do the same to benefit the GOP.
