Militant trans cult member finally indicted for murder of Border Patrol agent

A militant trans lunatic and cult member who killed a Border Patrol agent during a traffic stop in January has finally been indicted.

Suspect Teresa “Milo” Consuelo Youngblut, 21, is a member of the “Zizians,” a cult comprised of “highly-educated trans vegan ‘rationalists’ who hold fringe, esoteric ideological beliefs about transhumanism and animal rights,” according to investigative journalist Andy Ngo.

Cult members have been linked to several killings, including that of Border Patrol agent David Maland.

When Maland pulled over cult members Felix “Ophelia” Bauckholt and Youngblut in January, Youngblut opened fire and killed him, prompting other agents to return fire, kill Bauckholt, and then arrest Youngblut.

Following the incident, Youngblut was hit with relatively minor charges for using a deadly weapon while assaulting a federal agent.

Months later, Youngblut was finally indicted last Thursday for murdering Maland and assaulting two other Border Patrol agents.

“We will not stand for such attacks on the men and women who protect our communities and our borders,” acting Assistant Attorney General Matthew R. Galeotti of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division said in a press release.

Notice how the press release, seen below, falsely referred to Youngblut as a “Seattle woman.”

The press release noted that Attorney General Pamela Bondi “has authorized and directed the Acting United States Attorney for the District of Vermont to pursue capital punishment in this case,” meaning that Youngblut will be facing the death penalty.

The press release also noted that, prior to Maland pulling over Youngblut and Bauckholt, local law enforcement took note of the two “when a hotel employee reported that they were wearing tactical gear and appeared to be armed.”

“The same day of the shooting, officers had observed the pair at a parking lot in Newport, Vermont, where [Bauckholt] was seen wrapping unknown objects in aluminum foil,” the press release read.

When Maland pulled them over, they didn’t even give him a chance, as Youngblut immediately “exited the vehicle and, without warning, opened fire, resulting in” his death.

After Youngblut’s arrest, the authorities discovered that the guns used by Youngblut were owned by another cult member.

“The individual who purchased the firearms that the defendant and Bauckholt possessed on January 20, 2025, is a person of interest in a dual-homicide investigation in Delaware County, Pennsylvania,” prosecutor Matthew Lasher wrote in a court filing.

That individual was Michelle Jacqueline Zajko, another trans person.

“Zajko is the trans nonbinary adult child of Rita and Richard Zajko, an elderly couple found killed in mysterious and unsolved circumstances in Delaware County in early 2023,” Ngo noted. “Zajko’s past archived blog posts show close associations with ‘Ziz.’”

As of mid-August, the majority of the “Zizians” were already in custody.

“Youngblut’s husband, Maxiliam Synder, was taken into custody in Vallejo, Calif., in January over the brutal knife murder of a man,” according to Ngo. “In February, LaSota, Michelle Zajko, and Daniel Blank were found heavily armed while trespassing in rural western Maryland and are awaiting trial in Allegany County.”

“Two other Zizian members are scheduled to go on trial later this year in Vallejo on murder and attempted murder charges,” Ngo added.

“The United States Attorney’s Office intends to continue to honor the men and women of law enforcement, and the memory of Border Patrol Agent Maland, by performing its prosecutorial duties so that justice may be done,” Acting U.S. Attorney Michael P. Drescher for the District of Vermont said.
