A sledgehammer for justice: the United Law Coalition takes aim at CPS and judicial corruption

A national grassroots initiative is turning legal firepower toward what it calls the most overlooked civil rights crisis in America: judicial corruption and Child Protective Services (CPS) abuse.

The campaign is being spearheaded by American-Made Action, a 501(c)(4) legal and political action organization founded to fight tyranny, restore due process, and hold government actors accountable. On May 6, 2025, the group made national headlines when it launched the Department of Government Accountability (D.O.G.A.) on the steps of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.—a bold and unprecedented move to confront unchecked government overreach from the ground up.

Under the authority of D.O.G.A., American-Made Action has now introduced a powerful new enforcement arm: the United Law Coalition, described by insiders as “a sledgehammer for justice.”

The United Law Coalition is a nationwide task force of constitutional attorneys, retired judges, paralegals, common law experts, and whistleblowers who are collecting evidence, tracking bad actors, and filing legal actions against those who abuse their authority under the color of law.

Its primary targets: CPS agencies, corrupt judges, law enforcement officers, clerks, court contractors, and state actors who violate the constitutional rights of families in juvenile and family courts.

Individuals who have experienced judicial misconduct or CPS abuse are being asked to submit case files, affidavits, court documents, and supporting evidence through the Coalition’s secure portal on the American-Made Action website. Submissions can be made by clicking on the United Law Coalition tab at the top of the homepage.

“There is no separate site for the Coalition,” a spokesperson clarified. “All intake is managed through American-Made Action, because this initiative is part of a broader strategy that includes political, legal, and public accountability.”

When multiple reports surface involving the same judge, same county, or same pattern of civil rights violations, the Coalition responds by launching multi-faceted actions—including civil lawsuits, amicus briefs, public media exposure, and official complaints against those responsible.

Unlike traditional legal nonprofits, the United Law Coalition doesn’t stop at state agencies—it is specifically targeting individuals in both their professional and personal capacities. That includes: CPS caseworkers who falsify records, judges who deny due process or act without jurisdiction, law enforcement officers who execute illegal removals, clerks who block access to appeals or documentation, and supervisors who knowingly allow these violations to occur.

“Too many of these actors believe they are above the law,” says Attorney Christopher Burns, the Director of the United Law Coalition. “We’re here to remind them they’re not.”

The legal campaign is being supported by American-Made Foundation, the 501(c)(3) educational and documentary arm of the organization. In May, the Foundation filmed a feature documentary in Boston chronicling one of the most egregious CPS cases uncovered to date. The case involves a devastating pattern of family court violations that, according to legal experts, demonstrate exactly how CPS and the courts are operating outside the Constitution.

“This is the first of many,” says Burns. “We’re creating a visual record—state by state—so Americans can see what’s happening to their neighbors, their children, and maybe one day, to themselves.”

If you or someone you know has experienced unlawful CPS removal, judicial misconduct, or government deprivation of rights under color of law, the United Law Coalition wants your documentation. Uploads can be submitted securely through the official Coalition portal, accessible at www.americanmadeaction.org, under the United Law Coalition tab.

Each case is reviewed by a legal intake team, and when patterns emerge, the Coalition acts—with lawsuits, public pressure, and constitutional authority.

The mission is clear: Expose the abusers. Hold them accountable. And restore justice to the American courtroom.
