Migrant on border breaks down over canceled Biden app and CBS News is there for it

CBS News made sure to keep filming as a Columbian migrant was reportedly moved to tears after hearing immigration rules have changed under the new president.

President Donald Trump began his second administration with a bang, signing executive orders fast and furious to get a jump start on his agenda. One of the biggest issues he ran on was stymying the relentless flow of humanity over America’s southern border, something that even sanctuary cities have recognized as a problem.

Now, those who were attempting to enter the United States by taking advantage of the CBP One app used under former President Joe Biden are dealing with the fallout. CBS News shoved a camera in the face of one woman having an emotional reaction to the news.

“A Colombian migrant waiting to enter the U.S. using former President Joe Biden’s CBP One app broke down in tears after her appointments were canceled the moment President Trump took office Monday – just the first of the sweeping border actions the new administration prepared for the first day,” they wrote in the caption of their X post. “CBP One has allowed nearly 1 million people to legally enter the United States with eligibility to work and it was abruptly shut down shortly after Trump took office. Now, migrants who have been waiting for their appointments for months in order to cross into the U.S., are left stranded.”

X users had little sympathy to share with the woman, and with CBS:
