Libs not feeling the ‘unity’ as Snoop Dogg performs at Trump pre-inaugural event

Rapper and hip-hop legend Snoop Dogg has some people angry with his performance at a pre-inaugural event for President-elect Donald Trump.

Celebrations are well underway in Washington, D.C., as the town gets ready to welcome the former and future president back to the Oval Office. Performers like the Village People and Snoop Dogg are joining in the festivities, but not everyone is feeling the spirit of unity.

Snoop performed on stage at the “crypto ball” where he broke out Dr. Dre’s old classic “Nuthin’ but a ‘G’ Thang.”

The rapper even snapped some pictures with the likes of Bo Loudon and MMA legend Colby Covington, who were in attendance:

While Snoop and Trump have had their share of differences, with the performer dropping a music video featuring a Trump look-a-like, the rapper has changed his tune recently.

In a 2024 interview with U.K.’s The Times, Snoop praised the president-elect for pardoning Michael Harris, the co-founder of Death Row Records who had been imprisoned on drug-related charges.

“Donald Trump? He ain’t done nothing wrong to me. He has done only great things for me. He pardoned Michael Harris. So I have nothing but love and respect for Donald Trump,” he said.

Predictably, there are a lot of people who aren’t necessarily pleased about Snoop appearing to hop onboard the Trump train:
