‘Who knew?!’ Hollywood icon outed as a patriot after photo goes viral

A Hollywood icon was outed as a patriot after a photo posted by James Woods garnered quite a bit of attention.

Dynasty actress Joan Collins was pictured alongside other friends of President-elect Donald Trump such as actor Jon Voight and Woods, shocking many who didn’t realize her political leanings.

“Had a lovely dinner with friends, Margie and John tonight. It evolved from a a post-Christmas dinner to a pre-Inauguration celebration. Not often in Hollywood you can be surrounded by patriots. What a joyous night,” Woods wrote.

Collins, who has hung out with Trump’s late ex-wife Ivana Trump, previously detailed how Donald actually inspired her Dynasty character Alexis Carrington.

“I actually wrote about it years and years ago, that one of the people mentioned was Donald Trump,’ she said in 2017 on the Jonathan Ross show, adding that she was drawn to him “because he was a very harsh, tough, clever, devious and manipulative.”
