Ford takes its sweet time addressing after apparent hack, doesn’t apologize despite major backlash

It took Ford Motor Company hours to respond to an apparent hack of their official X account, and users noticed something “off” about their statement.

On Monday afternoon, the Ford X account began inexplicably posting pro-Palestine and anti-Israel messaging including “All eyes on Gaza” and “Israel is a terrorist state.” The posts were eventually removed, but the company did not release an official statement for several hours.

When they finally addressed the bizarre incident, users noticed that it didn’t contain any traces of an apology.
