Joe Biden gets weird during Christmas tree lighting: ‘You’re still here?’

We regret to inform you that President Joe Biden is once again being kind of creepy. Luckily, this particular episode didn’t involve any children.

As the annual National Christmas Tree Lighting came to a close on a cold, windy evening Biden reportedly “removed his stocking cap, bent over to look at the press and then asked ‘you’re still here?'” according to Andrew Leyden, a “freelancer for the D.C. media.”

A follow-up post added some more context to the wild hair the president was sporting in the photos.

“For a bit of context– as the night went on and temperatures dipped, Biden put on a wool stocking cap. When it came off static electricity + wind. It happens. Here is what he looked like before he put on the cap,” Leyden posted.
