Man’s QR code shirt delights X users: ‘The new Rick Roll!’

One man’s shirt has cleverly combined modern technology with an age-old prank, and social media can’t get enough.

A now-viral video shows a man sitting on a stool with the back of his shirt emblazoned with a QR code. When the code is scanned with a smartphone, it brings up a video of President-elect Donald Trump dancing to ‘YMCA’ before the words “Donald Trump is your PRESIDENT” flash onto the screen.

Trump fans and X users found the shirt and video hilarious, with some comparing it to a modern-day “Rick Roll.” Others just wanted to know where they could purchase a shirt of their own:

Many of the options are political in nature, such as the “Kamala Harris fan club donation prank,” which also includes a “Fauci was right” facemask that is sure to tickle the Trump-lover in your life. Other pranks are adult-themed, sports-themed, and downright crazy, like the “Dad Pregnancy mail prank.”
