The descent of the mainstream media into a parody of itself was savagely mocked during an Australian television segment that also took a shot at Ellen DeGeneres who fled the country in the aftermath of the election.

Among the media figures who were ridiculed in the land down under was “Morning Joe” co-hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, two phonies who humiliated themselves last week by groveling before President-elect Donald J. Trump – who they spent years likening to Hitler – in their “pathetic” visit to Mar-a-Lago.

The Aussies also jabbed “The View” co-host Sunny Hostin but reserved the sharpest barb for the celebrity lesbian who reportedly packed up her belongings and absconded to jolly old England with her wife to escape from Trump.

Australian news outlet dedicates entire segment to make fun of U.S. liberals, suggests “nasty” “cow” Ellen DeGeneres left the country because of the Diddy files.

One of the hosts suggested Ellen’s departure from the U.S. because of “orange man bad” may just be a smokescreen for the “cow” who may have another reason for getting the hell out of Dodge.

Ellen DeGeneres, who is, by the way, a very nasty person, I’ve had dealings with her in Australia,” said journalist Prue MacSween. “Could I tell you some stories about that cow.”

“Anyway, good riddance to her but you know she was quite friendly with that P. Diddy bloke, wasn’t she?” MacSween asked, referring to the disgraced rapper and his now notorious sex parties.

“This is why I say release the Diddy files…, her co-host said. “Come on Donald Trump, we want to know whose name…”

“So maybe she’s hightailing out before all that is thrown at her as well,” MacSween said, seeming to refer to the Diddy files.

“But what a bunch of hypocrites,” she added of Joe and Mika. “I wonder if they had carpet burns…”

The 66-year-old television personality and her 51-year-old spouse Portia de Rossi reportedly made the decision to “get the hell out” of the United States after Trump’s historic win over her pal Kamala Harris.

“DeGeneres has already moved to the Cotswolds, a rural area in south-central England, the person said, adding that her Montecito mansion, roughly 90 minutes north of Los Angeles, has been pocket-listed or will be listed soon,” Showbiz website The Wrap reported.

Ellen should get the credit that she deserves though, many of her fellow celebrities also threatened to bolt the country if Trump won but haven’t followed through. Whether there are other reasons as the Aussie host speculated is unknown.
