Democrats continue many of the same seedy tactics that resulted in President-elect Donald Trump sweeping all seven swing states and trouncing Democratic nominee Kamala Harris in the Electoral College vote.

The most curious of all these tactics is the fevered stance of putting the interests of criminal aliens before the safety and well-being of American citizens, as one Democratic leader after another rushed before the cameras to state their fierce opposition to Trump’s plan to deport those in who are here illegally and preying on Americans.

Amid all the political grandstanding, former collegiate swimmer Riley Gaines called attention to the shameless pandering by Democrats following the death of drug addict George Floyd in Minneapolis to ask if Laken Riley, the Georgia nursing student allegedly killed by an illegal immigrant, would get the same consideration.

“Remember when Nancy Pelosi and her Democratic colleagues knelt for 8 minutes and 46 seconds to honor George Floyd? I wonder how many of them will kneel for 18 minutes to honor Laken Riley…,” she posted on X.

Of course, there is no favorable component to drive racial division in America for Democrats, given that Laken Riley is white.

Fox News reporter Bill Melugin summed up the spirited opposition by Democrats to ridding the country of criminals who came here illegally in a response to Boston Mayor Michelle Wu: “These sanctuary policies protect child rapists. That is not an exaggeration or hyperbole. Every week, ICE’s Boston office is arresting illegal aliens charged w/ child rape who have been released from local custody after ICE’s detainer requests were ignored. It’s very disturbing.”

As for the man charged in Riley’s death, Jose Ibarra, 26, a Tren de Aragua gang member from Venezuela, his “partner” testified this week that the Biden administration paid for their flight from New York City to Atlanta in September 2023 — 6 months before the nursing student was brutally murdered while fighting for her life.

The roommate of Laken Riley’s killer just testified during his trial that they went to the Roosevelt Hotel together in September 2023 and received a taxpayer funded flight to Georgia.
