Donald Trump’s historic comeback victory Tuesday evening marked the end of a long, hard road for Trump supporters while signifying the beginning of another arduous trek given the sad state of journalism in America today.

MAGA faithful have been called Nazis, fascists, racists, and worse by the intolerant left, who then claim that Trump supporters are the ones making our politics toxic with their reckless rhetoric.

But a scene captured on video and shared by Fox News contributor Lisa Boothe early Wednesday after it became apparent that Trump would defeat Democratic nominee Kamala Harris, the empty vessel picked by the Obama Machine™ to replace President Biden, proved to be the salve to soothe any sore feelings.

In the moving clip, a group of Trump supporters grateful that their prayers were answered are seen breaking into an impromptu version of the gospel song, “How Great Thou Art.”

“Witnessing this as I left the Trump victory party moved me to tears,” Boothe posted. “These people have been slandered and demeaned. They are good people. Patriots of all backgrounds who love this country and came together to make it great again.”

In the end, God’s will always prevails and many faithful servants saw the 2024 election as the ultimate battle between good and evil — it was in this spirit that Trump questioned whether God may have had a greater purpose for him after he survived a would-be assassin’s bullet.

It is now incumbent upon Trump to move forward and govern with God’s grace.

At the same time, Americans would be better served to trust in God above worldly figures, just as they would be better served to look within for the answers to the challenges they face rather than relying on a benevolent government that always exacts a steep price for its so-called generosity.
