SiriusXM’s Megyn Kelly couldn’t stop laughing Thursday on her podcast while watching videos of President Joe Biden biting babies at a recent event, stating there’s a “hard” rule for people to keep their mouths off of children.
The White House held its annual Halloween trick-or-treat event on Wednesday evening, with videos of Biden circulating online of him biting multiple infants during his meet-and-greet portion of the night. On “The Megyn Kelly Show,” the SiriusXM host started to discuss Biden’s viral moments, noting that while the babies looked “adorable,” there’s an unwritten rule on the subject.
“We got to talk about Biden and the babies. It’s very weird. I know it’s Halloween, and I know they’re babies, and they’re adorable. We all feel that way, but when it’s somebody else’s baby, you shouldn’t put your mouth on it. It’s kind of a rule,” Kelly began. “I’m sorry, but it is a rule, Stephen, you don’t, you don’t put other people’s babies in your mouth.”
Kelly then played videos of Biden biting the leg of a baby dressed up as a chicken before playing a second video of Biden placing another infant’s foot in his mouth.

“What I understood was like, especially when they’ve got a onesie on and they’ve got their adorable thighs, everybody wants to squeeze a baby’s thighs,” Kelly continued. “But normally no man would ever do such a thing. Normally another mom would come over and say, ‘Oh, can I?’ And you’d be like, ‘Sure,’ or you’d be like, ‘Oh, he’s not feeling well,’ if you didn’t want it. But no one ever — and I’ve had three children — ever put my baby’s feet in his [mouth], and certainly not the president of the United States still.”
Biden made headlines earlier this week after telling Voto Latino that fellow supporters of former President Donald Trump are “garbage.” Trump responded Wednesday by taking questions from his own garbage truck and wearing a fluorescent orange sanitation vest during his rally in Wisconsin.
