AOC deletes pathetic attempt to pander to Arabic voters: ‘Deeply unserious and racist’

Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez deleted an X post featuring an “Arabic” flyer after intense backlash.

AOC’s attempt to connect with the Arabic community fell flat on its face when users better versed in the language than her began criticizing the text on the image. While she quickly deleted the offending image, the Internet is forever.

“A sign calling for the re-election of Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio Cortes in English and Arabic,” wrote the user. “For the English-speaking audience out these – the Arabic is written in reverse and in non-connecting letters!”

The Blaze reported on the error, confirming that “the mistake appeared to be on the part of the graphic designer who placed the text on the image without maintaining the proper direction of the letters.”

Unfortunately for AOC, erasing the image did nothing to stem the displeasure of social media users.
