Penn State national champion wrestling team joins Trump on stage at rally in Happy Valley

Hoodie-clad Democratic galoot John Fetterman commented on former President Donald J. Trump’s “astonishing” appeal in Pennsylvania, telling the New York Times in a recent interview that “you can see the intensity” while likening the Republican nominee to Taylor Swift in some ways.

Case in point, while campaigning in Happy Valley, Trump created quite a buzz when he invited the entire Penn State wrestling team onto the stage.

“I don’t know if this platform can hold them because that’s a lot of muscle. You know muscle is much heavier than fat… But I would like to have the team come up here, and we can just say hello to them. These guys are something,” Trump said.

A member of the team spoke briefly, “Pennsylvania is a super important state and we need to win this election. And let’s make America great again — go vote!”

The Penn State wrestling team is not only the reigning national champions, but the team has won 11 of the last 13 championships. Just as noteworthy is Trump’s appeal to younger Americans, which only seems to be growing.

In fact, Scott Presler, a pro-Trump activist who has been very active in the state registering voters, predicted the former president will carry the state while sharing video from the Penn State rally.

He posted, “We’re going to deliver Pennsylvania for Donald Trump. I’ve never seen energy like this for a presidential campaign.”
