‘Absolute coward’: Kamala declines appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast

Turnabout is fair play when it comes to politics, but apparently, Kamala Harris isn’t too concerned about fair play when it comes to sitting down with Joe Rogan.

Former President Donald Trump will sit down Friday with Rogan, whose “Joe Rogan Experience” is the top podcast in America with approximately 15.7 million followers. So naturally, Rogan would extend the opportunity to the Democratic nominee.

Unfortunately, Kamala can’t squeeze the opportunity to appeal to 15 million-plus people into her busy schedule even though Rogan draws the very audience Harris struggles most with, young male voters.

“I think that the vice president is happy to go anywhere and any place to talk to a broad segment of the country. We talked with Rogan and his team about the podcast. Unfortunately, it isn’t going to work out right now because of the scheduling of this period of the campaign,” Harris campaign spokesperson Ian Sams said Thursday night in an appearance on the pro-Democrat propaganda network MSNBC.

Here’s a likely more accurate reason Kamala wants no part of Joe Rogan:

*Caution: Adult Language

Rogan’s popularity is based on a relaxed style of interviewing that often extends for several hours. Just two people talking about the issues of the day without scripts or talking points, and sometimes with the occasional shot. A melding of the minds, if you will. Of course, it requires two minds present for the meld to occur.

Far from a raging conservative, Rogan is also not a MAGA disciple — he said in 2022 that he was “not a Trump supporter in any way, shape, or form.” He had an affinity for Bernie Sanders in the 2020 election but comes across as someone who doesn’t place a lot of value on politics. He has said that he’s not the person people should be taking political advice from.

Rogan did have his eyes opened during the COVID-19 pandemic when he was attacked from the left for allegedly “airing false claims” about the virus after touting the use of ivermectin as a treatment — the only acceptable promotion at the time was for the dubious vaccines.

“Donald Trump with Joe Rogan, that’s going to be an interesting thing to watch,” Sams added, clearly hoping for the worst.

The Trump campaign responded to Kamala’s rejection of Rogan by calling her “an incompetent coward.”
