In a moment that is getting plenty of play on X, a weatherman covered the camera during a live broadcast when things got political.
During a broadcast about Hurricane Francine’s landfall on the southern Louisiana coast, a man took things in an unexpected direction using a flag supporting former President Donald Trump. This caused the weatherman to cover the lens of the camera with his hand.

I can only picture a bunch of guys at the local dive, chucking darts and drinking beer. They look outside and see a reporter in front of the camera. One of the guys says “next beer is on me for whoever streaks by the camera with the Trump flag.”
