Former CNN pundit notes Kamala’s media dodge now at 36 days and leftist pals have a conniption

Despite the outpouring of favorable news coverage, Vice President Kamala Harris has chosen to all but ignore the press for the entirety of her truncated campaign. This has caused some frustration, but nobody is more irritable than leftists on X.

Are they upset with the Harris campaign’s lack of media interaction? Perhaps with the veep herself, for not being more available for questioning?

Nope, they’re upset with the people pointing it out.

Take ex-CNN pundit Chris Cillizza, for example, who took heat for pointing out Harris’s inaccessibility to the press.

“It’s been 36 days since Joe Biden dropped out of the race and Kamala Harris emerged as the nominee,” he wrote. “She has conducted ZERO press conferences and ZERO sitdown media interviews. She has taken less than 15 total questions from the media in ANY format. Unacceptable.”

That didn’t go over very well:

“Shark Tank” star Kevin O’Leary also called out the absence of any interviews.

“I’m baffled by this. EVERY president in history has faced the press, good times or bad. No exceptions,” he posted on X. “Yet here we are, still waiting for Kamala Harris to address the nation directly. If you’re serious about policy, you have to engage. Swing voters are asking, ‘What’s the hold-up?’ It’s simple: Come out and talk to the press. Period. No more excuses!”
