Cops surrounded building used by would-be assassin BEFORE shooting, new video shows

Newly released video reportedly shows police surrounding the building used by Thomas Crooks prior to his assassination attempt.

A caption on the video states that it was taken by a man named Dave Stewart from Butler, Pennsylvania. It goes on to claim that his cellphone was seized by the FBI after the shooting but was later released and he was allowed to publicize the video.

Matt Wallace published the nearly two-and-a-half-minute video on Twitter, where police can be seen milling about the area before shots ring out. The man behind the camera can be heard wondering why the building is of such interest to law enforcement, before correctly assuming that there was “someone” in the building.

One of the main issues was that SS didn’t bother to meet with local law enforcement before the rally. So among other mistakes, they were on different radio channels. SSCS didn’t know if the bad guy was LEO, couldn’t confirm, so they didn’t engage him or pull Trump off the stage.

The biggest question at this juncture, is why wasn’t Trump covered up and removed from that stage B4 the shooting started . When cops are surrounding a building , we’re no longer talking about a suspicious person, we’re talking about a threat.
