Gutfeld: If ‘feeble ghost’ Biden wins, ‘no one’s gonna believe it’

Fox News host Greg Gutfled did not hold back in questioning what Democrats are planning by pushing a “feeble ghost of a candidate” as their standard-bearer in November.

The co-host of “The Five” was participating in a discussion about the weakness on display by President Biden as he attended the G7 summit in Italy — at one point, the 81-year-old geriatric president appeared to wander off during a skydiving demonstration, with the host nation’s Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni scurrying after him to return him to the group.

“The sad part about this, the United States is supposed to be the world superpower and military, the strongest military, and yet we have someone on the stage that projects such weakness and such fear and such, you know, almost — it’s almost like he is a pushover,” co-host Jeanine Pirro said in setting up Gutfeld.

“Yeah, Ukraine gets weapons and funds and our American troops, they get diversity training and Pride events,” he began. “Where are the priorities? Right now if you believe — this is what I don’t understand. If you actually believe that Trump is this existential threat, right, the most consequential vote in our history is coming up, why are you running a feeble ghost of a candidate?”

“Why would you treat this election so lightly that you put forth the weakest candidate in American history?” he continued. “If you believe Trump is a moral evil, you are abandoning your moral imperative to put out a real candidate. I’m not even saying a good candidate. I’m saying a real candidate, which makes anyone with a brain wonder, if they aren’t that worried that Joe is going to lose, given his sorry state, what are they planning?”

After the pandemic-marred 2020 election, there is great consternation in America over the integrity of our elections and given Biden’s obvious cognitive challenges, it’s a fair observation.

“What are they doing to save the day?” Gutfeld asked. “What is up the Dems’ sleeve to drag that body back into the White House? What’s the dog that’s not barking? And let’s say, by some weird, miraculous chance that we didn’t see coming, given that Trump is ahead — has a 66% chance of winning, looks like he is going to get the electoral count, and Joe still wins, what do you do after he wins? How do you convince anyone that’s real?”

“Have they even thought of that? Even the Dems behind the scenes better hope he doesn’t win because no one is going to believe it,” he concluded.
