New York Governor Kathy Hochul’s cynical photo op ended in humiliating fashion when she was chased from the funeral wake for a slain NYPD police officer
On Friday, the Empire State’s top elected official of the pro-criminal Democratic Party found that she was persona non grata at the Massapequa Funeral Home where she intruded upon the dignified service where mourners paid their last respects to Officer Jonathan Diller.
Video of the embarrassing incident for Hochul was posted to X where it went viral.

Hochul was reportedly “spotted in a clash with a man in a black suit,” the New York Post reported.
The governor – who arrived at around 1:45 p.m. – soon fled the scene where she only stayed for around 10 minutes with reports that someone inside of the funeral home shouted “Get her outta here!”
According to reports, police officers who were outside were heard clapping as Hochul left the scene, speeding away from Long Island where she doesn’t seem to be very popular.
X users reacted to the incident and the Democrat governor’s gall for showing up.
Nobody wants a cop hating leader at their wake

She was kicked out. Nobody wanted her there . She sold New Yorkers out to her special interests, bail reform, and now innocent lives are sacrificed.

The arrogance of this woman thinking she could even show up to begin with.

What do you mean families don’t respect politicians with policies that get their loved ones killed?!
— Bill DeWahl (@MaxKillcount) March 29, 2024
Governor Hochul’s soft on crime policy led directly to the police officer’s death. She doesn’t deserve to be there.

The only thing missing is some New Yorker telling her to “get da fuck outta heauh!!”

The 31-year-old fallen officer was shot in the stomach by a thug with an extensive rap sheet during a traffic stop on Monday. It was the latest example of the violent crime wave that was enabled by Hochul’s Democrats and their anti-cop policies after the 2020 death of career criminal and drug addict George Floyd, another thug whom the left has deified.
Officer Diller left behind a one-year-old son who will never get to know his father and a grieving wife, and many felt the presence of Hochul at the service was extremely disrespectful and she deserved to be run off.
Vincent Vallelong, president of the NYPD Sergeants Benevolent Association said that some politicians could likely be expected to show up as unwelcome guests.
“I’m sure that many elected officials will attend PO Diller’s funeral, shed a few crocodile tears, and prominently seat themselves for a good photo opportunity,” he wrote in a letter to union members, according to Fox News. “The sad reality is we don’t want them there.”
“Their presence is more than a distraction,” Vallelong said. “It is a stain on the legacy of a true hero who made the ultimate sacrifice, as well as the scores of dedicated and committed public servants who will carry on his mission despite their constant criticism, cynicism, negativity, and frivolous accusations.”
