Crimes against our Constitution

Op-ed views and opinions expressed are solely those of the author.

The Constitution is our highest social compact of common law which defines the composition of our republic, its offices, branches, and processes whereby citizens have the sole right in the republic to change representatives and elected officials in the government. Further, the Constitution is definitive in the separation of duties and vows to execute those duties each officer of government is sworn by oath, and law, to take and execute. If the Constitution were not so definitive, we would not have a constitutional republic.

Per “Article II, Section I” The Executive Power shall be vested in a President,” whose duty will include that of commander in chief. As defined by the Clinton Library, “acting in that capacity, the President finds themselves ultimately responsible for the safety and security of the United States and its Citizens.” The oath taken to perform the office has been taken by every president since George Washington: “I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President…and will to the best of my ability preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.”

Part of that duty and oath are obligations under Article IV, Section 4: “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion, and…against Domestic Violence.”

The President of the United States is the most informed person on earth if he or she determines to be. Therefore, it cannot have passed notice in Joe Biden’s Oval Office that 13 million aliens have invaded the United States, among them criminals, drug gangs, sex slaves, spies and terrorists; or that over 300,000 young people have died from fentanyl poisoning since Biden’s election; or that a sophisticated drug and sex slave trade is now operating throughout the country; Or that Laken Riley was butchered while jogging in a park in Georgia, or that Nadia Vitel was beaten to death by squatters and stuffed in a duffel bag for opening the door to her mother’s apartment in New York.

This is not because of negligence in office or because of doddering old age – this is a criminal Democrat Party design against the Constitution’s provisions to provide for the safety of its citizens.

Another of the most informed officers in our republic is its attorney general. An office created by the Judiciary Act of 1789, now inhabited by Merrick Garland, the head of the Department of Justice and chief enforcement officer of the world’s largest law office. Do you think this invasion has passed Garland’s notice? Is it possible he has not noticed through the 94 U.S. Attorney’s offices he operates that there has been an onslaught of crime in every major urban center in America? Perhaps Garland should visit his own website where it asserts the AG’s office mission is “to uphold the rule of law, (and) keep our country safe.” Or perhaps he should review the oath he took to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic; (and) that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same.” Is Garland confused as to whether the MS13 gangs running criminal organizations in our major cities are foreign or domestic?

This Democrat Party design to give sanctuary to criminals in our cities – is a crime – against our Constitution.

What do citizens do when there are tyrannical designs against our Constitution, by the highest officers in our republic?

A major component of the Constitution is its defined provisions of rights to vote into or out of office, officers of the citizens’ choice: it is our keystone right to self-governance. Without this right, we do not live in a constitutional republic.

Therefore, this citizen was rightly alarmed upon reading a speech Merrick Garland gave commemorating the 1965 Voting Rights Act, expressing his concern that the right to vote “is under attack.”  In reality, the persons attacking our constitutional right to vote to have our vote count are Merrick Garland and Joe Biden.

It is the states under Article I, Section 4, that “choose the times, places and manner of holding elections.” Yet, Garland claims some states are implementing discriminatory, burdensome and unnecessary restrictions on access to the ballot,” because states want to identify citizens who have a legal right to vote…

The Democrat design is to nullify votes cast by citizens. This attack on citizen’s rights violates the following provisions of our Constitution:

Article I Section 2: “the electors in each state shall have the qualification requisite for electors.” In other words, persons’ voting need to be citizens.

Article IV Section 2: “The Citizens of each state shall be entitled to all privileges…of citizens in the several states.” Meaning, citizens shall have the privilege and will not be deprived of the privilege of having their vote count.”

14th Amendment: (Only) “Persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States.”

15th and 19th Amendments: “The rights of citizens shall not be denied or abridged…on account of race or color or sex.”

17th Amendment: “The electors of each state shall have the qualifications requisite for electors.”

The dual unconstitutional design of Democrats has been to flood our nation with foreigners, while counting as many of their illegal votes as necessary, to make sure our rightful citizens’ votes do not count.

That is criminal.
