It seems few in DC provoke former President Donald Trump’s ire more than U.S. Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), the man Trump dubbed “Pencil-neck” during his first impeachment — Schiff was at the forefront of the Russian collusion hoax that was fabricated out of whole cloth.
Schiff is looking to take his services to the U.S. Senate, hoping to claim the late Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s seat, and Trump had a thing or two to say about that — in ALL CAPS.
Taking to his social media platform Truth Social, the presumed Republican presidential nominee offered his take on what “Slimeball Adam ‘Shifty’ Schiff” has delivered for California as a member of the House
“SLIMEBALL ADAM ‘SHIFTY’ SCHIFF, ONE OF THE TRUE LOWLIFES IN THE HISTORY OF POLITICS IN AMERICA, IS RUNNING FOR THE U.S. SENATE IN CALIFORNIA, A STATE FOR WHICH HE HAS DONE NOTHING BUT ESCALATE VIOLENT CRIME, DESTROY BY ALLOWING MILLIONS OF ILLEGAL MIGRANTS, PUSH THE GREEN NEW SCAM AND ALL ELECTRIC CAR MANDATE, PERPETUATE THE HOMELESS CRISIS AND CRIME, DEFUND THE POLICE, BE BAD TO OUR MILITARY AND VETS, AND STOP WATER FROM FREELY FLOWING INTO THE STATE FROM UP NORTH,” Trump wrote.
He then reminded Californians that they are “screwed,” in large part because of Schiff:
“OTHER THAN THAT, AND HIS AUTHORSHIP OF THE FAILED AND FULLY DEBUNKED, RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA HOAX, PENCIL NECK IS A WONDERFUL GUY. SADLY, BETWEEN RANK ‘NO CHOICE’ VOTING, AND ‘UNLIMITED’ NUMBERS OF MAIL-IN BALLOTS POURING INTO PLACES UNKNOWN, TO PEOPLE THAT SOMETIMES RECEIVE MANY BALLOTS TO FILL OUT AND SEND BACK AT WILL, CALIFORNIANS ARE ‘SCREWED!’ MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
Schiff is running against several Democratic opponents, including U.S. Reps. Katie Porter (D-CA) and Barbara Lee (D-CA). Steve Garvey, a Legendary former Major League baseball player Steve Garvey is also running for the seat as a Republican.
It’s likely that Trump was responding to a debate clip that Schiff tweeted on Tuesday, declaring: “The gravest threat to our democracy is Donald Trump. Period.”

The irony here is that Garvey clearly points out real threats to democracy in the footage while informing Schiff that he’s “fixated on one person, and one person only.”
