Elon Musk proposes theory he says is driving Biden’s border policies: ‘Simple, yet effective’

Elon Musk believes he’s worked out President Biden’s immigration “strategy,” and, sadly, the billionaire entrepreneur says it is an “effective” one.

Musk’s remarks were in response to an Associated Press article from January 16, 2021 — four days before the president was inaugurated — titled, “Biden to prioritize legal status for millions of immigrants.”

“President-elect Joe Biden’s decision to immediately ask Congress to offer legal status to an estimated 11 million people in the country has surprised advocates given how the issue has long divided Democrats and Republicans, even within their own parties,” AP reported at the time. “Biden will announce legislation his first day in office to provide a path to citizenship for millions of immigrants in the United States illegally, according to four people briefed on his plans.”

Given the catastrophe that has unfolded at the border since Biden has taken office, Musk deduced that “Biden’s strategy is very simple.”

“1. Get as many illegals in the country as possible,” he wrote Friday on X. “2. Legalize them to create a permanent majority – a one-party state.”

“That is why they are encouraging so much illegal immigration,” he stated. “Simple, yet effective.”

“Here is the full text of the bill,” Musk offered in a follow-up post. “It sounds so reasonable at first, just like ‘The Committee of Public Safety’ actually meant ‘The Cutting Off Heads Committee’ in revolutionary France.”

H.R. 1177 promised to “provide an earned path to citizenship, to address the root causes of migration and responsibly manage the southern border, and to reform the immigrant visa system, and for other purposes.”

Ultimately, the bill did not pass,”Due to opposition by Senators Manchin and Sinema,” Musk said.

However, he noted, Senator Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) “retires this year” and Senator Kyrsten Sinema (I-Ariz.) “has been ousted from the Democratic Party,” so “neither will be there to stop this next year.”

“This explains why there are so few deportations, as every deportation is a lost vote,” Musk said in a separate post.

“As happened this week, you can literally assault police officers in broad daylight in New York, be released with no bail, give everyone the finger and *still* not be deported!!” he exclaimed. “Outrageous.”

Former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy weighed in on the conversation, replying, “And they obfuscate the obvious by calling it a ‘conspiracy theory.'”

Musk’s theory is hardly a revelation to many on his social media platform.

“Whoever didn’t see this coming from a mile away,” stated one user, “shouldn’t be able to vote.”
