An altercation purportedly between an employee and a manager was captured on video, and the pint-sized woman who is believed to be the employee had plenty of fight in her.
It’s not exactly clear when the incident took place, but it was reportedly at the Harvest & Grounds shop at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The young lady can be heard in the footage saying that she wanted to get her “stuff” as she tried to go behind the counter.
A man in a red shirt being assisted by a taller man stood in her way, and they were determined to prevent the woman from going behind the counter. At one point, she picked up a metal stool to use as a weapon, but the taller man snatched it from her with little effort.
The man presumed to be the manager can be heard in the footage telling her, “You can walk away. I will get your f*cking stuff!”

But she was not to be deterred and after one more attempt to get around the manager, he grabbed her and flung her like a rag doll onto the floor. The woman got up and feigned as if she was about to walk away before suddenly turning and making a dash for the counter. With an impressive leap, she cleared the counter and after a brief scuffle emerged victorious with what appeared to be a small backpack and a jacket.
For some reason, the exasperated manager appealed to onlookers to call the police as he struggled to detain the woman.
“Somebody is on the phone with the police, right?” he said.
An Instagram user responded to the video to say, “Looks like all she wanted was her backpack and jacket ”
Another social media user wrote, “The manager should have been charged all day.”
Here’s a quick sampling of other responses to the story, as seen on X:
